Refund policy

At Indorable, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade arts and crafts products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  1. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  3. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  4. To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact us page with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact us page within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
